Meet Marci

I’m a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Certified Midlife Hormone Specialist (CMS), and Licensed Physical Therapist (MSPT) with 25+ years of experience in direct medical care. When it comes to advanced testing and analysis, I partner with my husband Damon Zavala, D.O. FHM (an Internal Medicine physician) to provide a unique team approach.

I was not prepared for the crazy changes that hit me in my 40s, but through professional education and personal experience, I can honestly say that I now feel better at 50 than I did in my 30s.  

My passion and mission is to help women understand their hormones, become their own health advocates and Thrive Beyond 35.
